Informed consent
Before your first session we ask you to confirm that you understand what ThrivSphere offers, what it does not offer, and how your information will be handled. We will never assume consent — you give it actively, and we record the version of each policy you agreed to.
What we ask you to confirm
- That you are aged 18 or over
- That you understand ThrivSphere is a non-clinical wellbeing service and not a crisis, medical or therapy service
- That you understand the limits of confidentiality where there is a risk of serious harm
- That you agree to our Privacy Policy and how we handle your data
- That you accept our Terms & Conditions and Client Agreement
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, for any reason, without having to explain yourself. Email hello@thrivsphere.org and we will stop processing your data for that purpose. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything lawfully done beforehand, and we may still need to keep certain records where the law or our safeguarding duties require it.
Capacity
We assume you have the capacity to consent unless there is clear reason to think otherwise. If we have concerns about capacity, we will pause, discuss it with you, and follow our Safeguarding Policy.
If you change your mind
You may stop using our services at any point. Please see our Payments, Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows policy for how this affects any sessions you have already paid for. Last reviewed: July 2026.
